Beyond the Ultimate and The Spine Race deliver some of the world’s toughest and most iconic ultra-endurance events, from the jungles of South America to the frozen Pennine Way in January. We’re a small, tight team that punches well above its weight.
We’re looking for a sharp, organised, self-starting person to join us for 12 months as a Business & Marketing Support Assistant. You’ll work across both brands, splitting your time roughly 60/40 between Marketing/Media and Operations. You’ll report to Cameron and be embedded in a team that moves fast, cares deeply about what we do, and doesn’t do things by half.
What you’ll do
- Draft event comms, manage social scheduling, coordinate content suppliers
- Handle runner queries, inbox management, and onboarding admin
- Support bookings, logistics, inventory, and data management
- Keep things moving. You’ll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What we’re looking for
- Organised to the point it’s almost annoying
- Confident with social media, email platforms, and general digital tools
- Happy juggling marketing and ops tasks. You don’t need to be boxed in.
- Comfortable working remotely but willing to travel for events and team days
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in Northern England or Southern Scotland preferred
