At camp tonight every one of us is reminded why we are involved in the For Rangers Ultra. We’ve heard inspirational stories from those that are on the frontline fighting to keep Africa’s wildlife safe. As every runner suffers from their pain this evening, rest assured that tomorrow they will give every ounce of grit and determination they have to get to the finish line.

Another fantastic stage win for Katsushige Hoshino which takes him into the lead on the overall leader board. He is followed by Angel Elenkov, James Pattison and Rachel Belmont who all demonstrated impressive runs again. Special mention must go to David Guetz and Emilian Croitoru who have endured the course longer than any other runner, but they continue to come in every evening looking strong and with a beaming smile.

First woman over the line today was Rachel Belmont, and in the overall leader board she is followed by Rosie Blackie and Hannah Goldring. Tomorrow will be epic and emotional. We wish all our runners the best of luck on the completion of the For Rangers Ultra 2022.

The full overall results are below. There will be a staggered start to the race in the morning from 0700 (0900 UK).  Follow live via our GPS tracker and look out for updates on Facebook and Instagram.
